This adorable duck has given me so much pleasure to paint, that I continue to return to paint this subject. When I was a child, our family got a duckling for Easter whom we called "Noodles". Soon enough he occupied our portable swimming...and well, made a mess of it as all duck need water. So we took him to the local park that had it's own duck population and released him to the wild.
